The long-distance consultation vehicle is reconstructed from NJ2045-¢̣chassis and large-panel van co***rtment. It consists of satellite communications system, video system and the necessary medical equipments and facilities mainly of satellite antenna, transceiver equipment (ODU), modems, industrial control computers, decoders, CCD camera, digital camera, a standard rack, multifunctional worktable, two 20-inch high-resolution monitor and generator co***rtment etc.

The vehicle provides a remote Emergency Consultation Platform with the good maneuvering performance, cross-country performance and communication performance. It applies to real-time video (dynamic and static images) and audio bidirectional transmission under the emergency tactical conditions, providing long-distance expert consultation support for early treatment of critical patients, implementing emergency treatment and tending on the way and transportation.
