The power distribution vehicle is reequipped from Special class- II chassis. The 7.3m long complex-plate insulation shelter is divided into control room and unit room. Two 75kw generators are set up in the unit room and the vehicle may arrive at the required place rapidly to provide power.

There are the power control systems and air-conditioning systems in the control room and the vehicle is also equipped with safety devices and the necessary annex. It mainly equipped with low-temperature heating devices, air conditioning installations, ventilating fans, fire extinguishers, electrical lighting and other equipment. So it has a warming winter, a cooling summer, generator exhaust cooling effect as well as fire function and lighting function.
The vehicle has such a strong tactical ability that it can cover the prescribed distance on the roads in bad weather environment. In a normal state of the work, the fuel tank can supply fuel for six hours uninterruptedly.
