The work vehicle is reequipped from chassis of EQ1108G6DJ16 bus. The drawing state is a standard shelter and the expanding state is expansion shelter. The both-side expansion structure is pulling structure and bilaterally symmetrical. The folding floor and fixed floor are connected with long line hinge. There are two folding floor on each side and the folding floors are connected to each other by long line hinge. After the shelter being expanded, the surface of the floor inside is flush.

The vehicle is equipped with folding large conference table, folding chairs, air conditioners, small activity table and other support facilities the Conference Communication needed.
